Charles Parker Boggs is an art gladiator, as evidenced by his creations and by his helmet. When he is confused sometimes he writes stuff or makes stuff, he is confused a lot, really, I mean a lot!

I spent the weekend backpacking with my father-in-law. This trip we went 20 miles of the Appalachian Trail, about 10 miles a day and camped off the trail. Deep breaths and beautiful views, clear visions and a clearer head.

I will be camping the next 2 weekends in a row, I hope my tent holds.

I guess I can’t really call it a “studio”, but I prefer studio over house, or living space. I know Lori wishes it was a “studio”.
Studio space in my area is not in abundant supply, but I make do. Most times it means my kids mistake my work for their new toys.

So it was time to clean up, I always know what this means, with a clean space, comes new work.

I’m not sure if you can see future work entangled in this mess, it’s possible, oh yeah! I see one..........

I recently had a one person show at another year in LA, with the help of Cathy Stone, Director, and David E. Stone, Co-Director, the result was spectacular.
Did you get to see it? If not, I missed you. If you made it, I was the mysterious guy in the black t-shirt. Sometimes I like to pretend it’s not my opening and I’m just checkin’ things out, on most occasions people know more about my art than I do anyway..... I guess doing so keeps it real for me.
Anyway I want to thank all those who made the scene, and for those that made excellent purchases, my family thanks you. Hungry mouths and all, even though my children miss some of their favorite “toys”.

A few pieces decided they liked LA better, who can blame them right. If your curious, you can still stop by and say “hello” to them.

Where will I end up next? I’ll let you know.........
